He is a 4 year veteran of the US Marines where he served two tours overseas and was in charge of countless high profile postioins dealing with many members of upper echelon. He was a company level armor who has a vast knowledge of weapontry and security operations. Since his military carreer Delmer has worked all over the United States and has unlimited resorces of personel in many fields that help ATS accomplish thier needs.
